The goal of this web site is to be a
directory of all licensed real estate agencies in the
sixteen mountain counties of Western North Carolina.
Unfortunately, not all are listed; we haven't been able to
track down all of them. We do have the vast majority and
they are listed by community within county. We also include
a link to the principal web site for those agencies having
their own web sites. These links are also included free of
charge.

(continued from column 1)
The listings include the street address (P.O. Box only if we have
been unable to find a street address) and a telephone number.
We list the 'toll-free' number, if available.
These listing are designed to make it as easy as possible for our
viewers, searching for homes and/or land, to find an appropriate
real estate agency in the area of their choosing.
How to List your Agency |
|
|
If you are not already listed, e-mail the name, street address,
toll-free (if you have one) or primary office phone number and
domain name of your web site to
editor@ncmlf.com.
If you have multiple offices, please include the
above cited information for each office and we will list all your
offices.
Members of a franchised organization should include that
information. We frequently receive requests citing
franchise (e.g., Century 21, ERA, RE/MAX).

(continued from column 1)
We
suggest you include additional information such as fax number,
name(s) of owner or manager and broker in charge and e-mail
addresses. This information is not published but is added to our
database to assist people asking us for information about real
estate agencies and agents. The more information we have the better
we can assist our viewers and you.
Again, there is no charge for these listings! |
|
|
We allow supplementary text (up to 75 words) with listings. We
suggest that this text cite the outstanding features of your agency
(or services if you are an individual agent) to aid our viewers in
deciding who to contact. Be sure to include your e-mail address.
Yes, we do charge for supplemental text. You can consider this as
an advertisement of your services. It can be changed at any time
(there is a slight fee for changes). For rates, please contact us at
editor@ncmlf.com .

(continued from column 1)
Do not use this text to describe your community or the surrounding
area. If you feel our descriptions are not adequate, e-mail us your
recommendations and we will try to include them, revising our own
descriptions as necessary. We do not charge for this; the more
accurate these descriptions are the greater the satisfaction of our
viewers when they visit your community. We urge you to tell our
viewers why they should contact YOU and enlist YOUR services.

At the bottom of this and every other page you will see the logos of
our two sister web sites,
WNC-Tour-Guide.com and
CarolinaNow.com. The former is our web site and its mission is
to introduce folks to our Western North Carolina mountains. There
are still many, many people who do not realize what a paradise we
have, here.
A big snow fall up north brings a wave of folks down to visit us
(many of whom decide to stay) and another hurricane down south or
out east also brings a wave of similarly encouraged folks.

CarolinaNow.com is owned
by Wheatley Memorial Institute (a not-for-profit, NC corporation).
Their mission is to bring folks to the Carolinas. We want to bring
them here. We did a lot of the work on CarolinaNow.com and Wheatley has
allowed us to have links from their web site.
A lot of folks come to our mountains every month. Some to stay a
short time (rentals, or course), others to move in (sales). We want
to help you help them. |

The best way to contact us is by e-mail. For listings and
supplemental text write to the editor at
editor@ncmlf.com . If
there appears to be a problem with one of the web sites, please
write to
webmaster@Activizers.com .

We are retired senior citizens. We enjoyed our work before we
retired and this is the closest we have been able to be to it and
still have time to visit children, grandchildren and great
grandchildren scattered around this great country of ours. We do
travel a good part of the time and the Internet allows us to stay on
top of everything from anywhere in the country (isn't the Internet
wonderful). We check e-mail daily. |
